By accessing this gallery, creating a favorites shortlist, downloading digital files, or purchasing products, you agree to the following terms:

1. Copyright & Ownership

All images in this gallery are the permanent intellectual property of joyofhorses.co.uk and are protected under UK Copyright Law. The photographer retains full legal ownership of all photographs at all times. Taking screenshots of watermarked preview images from this gallery is strictly prohibited.

2. Digital Download Usage Licenses

The usage rights granted to you depend entirely on the file tier purchased or redeemed from your gallery:

A. Social Media / Web-Size Downloads

• You are granted a personal, non-commercial license to display these images online (Facebook, Instagram, etc.).

• These files are optimized strictly for digital screens and are NOT licensed, formatted, or of sufficient resolution for physical printing.

• You may not edit, filter, alter, or crop the image or remove any embedded branding.

B. Full-Resolution / High-Resolution Downloads

• You are granted a personal, permanent printing license to print these files at any commercial lab of your choice or use them for personal web display.

• You may not use these images for commercial gain, advertising, stallion promotion, or business marketing without explicit written consent from the photographer.

3. Store Purchases & Lab Fulfillment

All physical print and wall art products are custom-made to order and automatically routed to our professional print partner, Loxley Colour. Due to the bespoke nature of photographic prints and wall art, all sales are final. Cancellations, refunds, or exchanges are not permitted once an order has entered production.
